will I loose my files in "my documents" and on desktop ? if I reinstall

how much hard drive space do you have on c:/, i would get over this problem
buy using two hard drives one for the OS and one for file, also try changing
the wiy users log so it stops user switching meaing thet have to log off
first(may not be ideal)

started in last good configuration , its still stuck at the same screen.
restarted several times and its still suck at the same screen and wont give
me login and wont go anywhere from that screen ever after reapedly clicking
ctrl+alt+del...
