I'm trying to lock down a family computer running XP Home so that only
programs I specify are allowed to run. I know you can do this with
Group Policy in Professional, but after managing to install it to Home
the relevant settings aren't exposed anyway so thats a deadend.
Does anyone know of any decent utilities that duplicate this missing
functionality?
f you have XP Home, you can use MVP Doug Knox's Security Console or the MS Shared Computer Toolkit.
