You need to disable "autocomplete" Start\Control Panel\Internet
Options\Content\Autocomplete.
Uncheck specific types of automplete history. And to delete saved URLs or
passwords click on the appropriate bar.
CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) can do all the described chores for you, either in
manual or automatic setting.

Hi, I have went to Control Panel and cleaned out my cookies and deleted my
files and cleared History. But when I log back on and go to my address bar
and type in a "old" (I deleted everything) it still fills it in as if I
had
just went to that site. I was wondering if there is somewhere else I need
to
go to get in out of there. Plus when I go to the history folder and type
that web site in it shows up also? Thank you
