I think they are talking about either Firefox or IE, which have a picture of
a house to go to the homepage.
I assume either the homepage has been changed or you are having internet
connection problems.

When I click on the home(picure of a house) on the toolbar, it sometimes

take me to my sign in page but recently most of the time it gives me an
error
