You could of course simply disable the Synch with time server option. Your
computer won't be that off without it.
I assume you are using the correct time zone? (Arizona is in the list)
Expermiment with the synchronize options until you find one that works.

Arizona we do not change for daylight savings time. Please figure out whatgoing on here. I downloaded the patch and it says you already have it,thenthe clock changes again next time i turn the computer on. What the hell is
going on here? The problem started the day DST started so I know thats the
issue.
I have XP Home its about 2 maybe 3 years old now.
