All is in the eye of the beholder. It has been mentioned that the Mac
OS X is what Windows should really be, more so since it has adopted many
of the hardware features that were originally designed for Windows, such
as the PCI bus, video cards, hard drives and even the Intel CPU. And also
for the fact that the Mac, although over-priced and more dumbed down, is
a far easier machine to use than the Windows-PC box. But on the downside,
the Mac also carries over the clunkiness of what makes the difference
between a Mac and a PC. I'd say get one...it would not hurt. We have been
a Windows-Mac shop for the 20 years that I have managed the place. They
are not really that much different.
