multiple spontaneous restarts

PLease can anyone help with this problem?

When I logon to an account with administrator privileges, I get a slow
start-up, followed by a spontaneous restart. This gets into a loop. Every
now and then (i estimate about 1 in 5) I get an apparently error free
start-up, after which things seem to run normally. If I use an account
withOUT administrator status, I get no problems.

The stop codes vary, but are all f4/00000003 (think this is
critical_object_termination/ process?). I've listed them below in
chronological order (some of them have occured more than once).

The problem seemed to more or less coincide with an upgrade to ZoneAlarm v7,
but in all other respects this upgradeseems to have installed and be
operating smoothly (if a little slow). I'm aware that some users have had
problems with this upgrade BUT i'm also aware that some have experienced
major problems uninstalling/reinstalling...so ideally I'd like to be sure
there's nothing else nasty going on here before monkeying around with ZA!

I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP2 with all relevant updates.
