windows download won't

Folk:

so I go to d/l IE7 per PA Bear's recent post, but after the validation step,
when I try to d/l, I get a blank "Cannot find server" popup window. Ditto
when I hit the 'if at first it doesn't d/l, click here' button.

What up?
