Not that I'm aware of, though that would depend on your motherboard. I've
never seen an application to modify the boot settings in the BIOS from
within Windows, however I've never looked for one either. :)

10.0 emergency boot disk. I have never been prompted to press F12 but I
have
gone to the setup screen. Next time I boot and still have the same issue I
will go to the setup instead to see if I am booting from the network.
Is there anything I can do once I'm up and connected?

Broadcom is a large manufacturer of ethernet adapter chipsets, commonly

It looks like your PC is set to try to boot from the network before
booting
from the hard disk. You can change this by entering the setup when your
PC
turns on (there should be some sort of notification onscreen to press F12
or
something to enter Setup).
