Does the computer boot fine if you press F1?
Broadcom is a large manufacturer of ethernet adapter chipsets, commonly used
in PCs by Dell and other manufacturers.
It looks like your PC is set to try to boot from the network before booting
from the hard disk. You can change this by entering the setup when your PC
turns on (there should be some sort of notification onscreen to press F12 or
something to enter Setup).
