My computer does not allow for a second user to log on while one person is
already logged on, for example; I could be logged on and I will press "log
off" and "switch users" it goes to the welcome screen allows me to enter
another password for another user, but flashes back to the welcome screen
I am thirteen and this is my first attempt trying to fix a computer
