Hi, thanks for the reply - How would i do a installation for dual booting.
Do i just install Vista as per normal and choose in the setup to create
another partition and install it on there. will that give me the option of
choosing in the beginning to which operating system to boot

This is probably not a good computer on which to test a trial version of
Windows vista.

1) You cannot uninstall Windows Vista. You will have to reinstall Windows
XP
once the trial expires. Once the trial expires your computer will be
unsuable
until you either install a licensed version of Vista or you reinstall
Windows
XP again (this will erase all your programs and data on the C: drive, or
other local drives)

2) You can install Windows XP and Vista on the same computer, but unless
you
are sure of how to do this I would not reccomend this option as you could
stop your Windows XP from working. This would be called "dual booting"
