I tried downloading installing, it just hangs at the end forever, so
I went to winxp updates and selected the update; it has downloaded
and Initialized installation, And says Installing but no blue
progress bar,it's been fifteen minutes. Is it a tweak I might have
done in services that needs to be on for this to download?
What version of .Net does it want? Some programs need .Net 1.0 or Net
1.1. Check with the program vendor to see what it needs. Most
programs that need .Net 1.x will run in .Net 2.0 but some won't.
I have them both 1.1 and 2.0 installed

Hi
I had a lot of problems with version 1.1 and had to reformat one of my
hard disks after installing it.
Oh well I'm due for a reinstall anyway
I have 1.1 installed because Drive Image 7.0 uses it. No problems. .Net
2.0 was installed for the Vista upgrade advisor, but other than that it's
not used.
