My company is attempting to get our customer base of XP computers up to
date with the new DST standard. I now see that MS has a new patch out for
it though. We were using 928388 and MS states that the new 931836 covers
6 more time zones, but doesn't say which ones (at least that I can find).

So does anyone know if the change in the new patch is just for these 6
time zones and what those 6 are?
