Greetings. I have the Windows Explorer in my startup folder so that
it opens when I boot my computer every day. Is there a tweak I can
make somewhere that will have it start in a specific folder, and not
at My Documents, which is one of many useless extra bolts in this
overblown OS?

Re: Notepad program is MIA ... I tried the "Open with" procedure before I posted and Notepad does not even ... navigate to its location on the HDD and double click, it opens fine. ...
