No, it wont. If the motherboard has a floppy controller you can temporarily attach a floppy disk drive to it. You can borrow a floppy drive or buy one, they only cost about $10. You can also try a USB floppy but it's a hit and miss thing with USB floppies, see here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/916196
