I would say that your PC itself is not on, if it is, then you may have a bad
video card.
Turn PC off, hold in the power button for 10-15 seconds, this should turn
off the unit, wait for 30 seconds and turn back on. If you see the
manufactures logo or the CMOS (BIOS) info then allow the PC to come up.

If this is not the issue, can you get into the CMOS or even view it? If not
you may have no power going to the PC, look at the power supply.

The more info you give a group the better it is to fix an issue.

I turned on my computer and all i get on the monitor is a message saying
640 x 480
out of range
h94khz v59.6hz its a proview lcd monitor.
I cant get on to the desktop or anything else.
Think someone in the house was messing with the display properties
Anyone help
