Reinstal Outlook Express

I am having a problem with 'SendObject' in an access Vb program.
It generates one email then will not do so again.

If I close the application using Vb it will work once again then fail
(without any error being generated)

I have tried reinstalling access (2000) - does not slve the problem

So - I want to try reinstalling outlook express.

??
If I use the Install Optional Components aption unchecking OutLook Express,
then repeat checking OutLook Express will this do the trick?

will there be any problem retrieving my emails when I reinstall OutLook
Express ?
?? AND
are there likely to be any further side effects?
