I am having a problem with Hotmail that I think may be related to IE7 since it started immediately after I downloaded it. I want to uninstall 7 and reinstall 6. I can only find IE6 with SP1. Once I've downloaded IE6, can I install SP2?

Just remove IE7 through Add/Remove programs. The system will revert to IE6. Note there is a newsgroup for internet explorer questions. There are quite a few posts there so peruse them for something on topic before posting a new message.
