No. The RAM slots are physically different on the motherboard for DDR and
DDR2. One cannot plug-in DDR2 RAM module into a DDR slot. Physically
incompatible, won't fit.

I have a Celeron 2.4ghz FSB 400 CPU computer running 2x256Mb DDR400 memory.
Can it be replaced with 2x512MB DDR2 memory?
