Using the hibernating feature, and when switching back
on, the computer is having problems with coming out of
hibernation and the message reads that it is unable to
find the hibernation file that it created at shut down.
Due to having this problem for a while, I would like to
reinstall the basic system files. My question is; Is there
a method using the original installation disk to re-install
the system files without loosing any programs or files.
(Instead of a complete re-format)
Many thanks for any suggestions...
Command prompt >> sfc /scannow
Have the XP CD inserted. (not available with some OEMs)
