For some reason all of my images disappeared and now I cannot save as
anything.
The bottom bar where you save as, Has nothing on it!!! I am

Empty your temporary internet items cache in IE and see whether that
resolves the issue. One easy way to do this is to run Disk Cleanup from your
start | programs | accessories | system tools folder - just don't use the
option to compress old files.

If this doesn't help, post back with more info (such as, what applications
you're actually using for your graphics files).
