Ok, heres how it started:
I installed PhotoShop Elements onto my computer, I had to restart and when
it did, it kept coming up to this screen that was asking you to choose
from
different options, such as start Windows normally, Start Windows with last
known settings, and Start in Safe mode. I started Windows normally and the
welcome screen came up and was low color resolution, all weird and stuff.
I
noticed that this might happen (low color resolution) for a split second
after I exited out of games in the past, or that might be my imagination.
So,
I go into settings for the display thing in the controls panel and I can
only
choose from 800x400 and only low color resolution (9 bit or whatever).
I've
tried to unistall PhotoShop, but it keeps saying that the program needs to
be
in a VGA something or higher. I have ran out of options, and I really need
my
computer back to normal. I think it might have to do with my video card,
it
was literally dieing last time it was looked into. Please help, this would
be
great.
