The saga continues...
I modified the registry of my laptop to create a log for
w32time. When I did that, the time zone was showing
correctly.
Moments later I folded the screen (putting the laptop into
what Dell calls "hibernation") and walked from my office to
my home.
Once there, I opened the screen, touched the power button,
and soon saw that Windows showed the time zone as Brisbane.
I immediately looked at the log to see if it captured
anything of interest.
Of course, I spot nothing...
Would you want me to post the log here for you to have a
look?
