Hi! :-)

Is there a way to increase the font size of filenames in Windows Explorer?
I can read it fine like it is, but though I have 20/20, I would like for font
size to be bigger

XYplorer (alternative file manager, shareware) will change the font size on the fly by Ctrl+MouseWheel (up/down).
