I have use Symantec PC Anywhere with much success in the past. However some
one is requesting me to use Net Meeting instead to do some viewing and
diagnostics on their computer. They tell me that another tech support uses it
on their computer for another software package. I have never used it before.
Where can you point me to get good info to show me how to get on his computer?
Thanks Tony.

Follow the prompts and the inbuilt help files (via the 'Help' menu) should then tell you everything you need to know about 'Remote Desktop sharing'.
