Hello,
Have a working PC and having multiple issues and want to just start
from scratch.
Can someone walk me threw how to re-install Windows XP on my pc.
I inserted the blue Gateway Operating System DVD into the pc and
rebooted
You rebooted, but you rebooted from the hard drive, not the CD. You need to
boot from the CD. Change the boot order in the BIOS.
