Don, u are not alone...
I've been having the same "pprekop.exe" problem, no solution to be found so
far.
My PartyPoker client causes my computer to bluescreen, sometimes when
logging onto PartyPoker, sometimes when playing, sometimes when doing nothing.
Always without any prior notice.

Nothing to be found in any log (except the same entry as you have described
when starting the PartyPoker client) and minidumps containing no further info.

I've been thinking that maybe there is somewhat related to
video/graphics-drivers or similar but as said, no further info to be found.
(Seems like it is a rather isolated and not-so-widely-spread-problem)

One question: I've been running CCleaner and Regseaker for quite som time
(removing unneccesary registry entries etc.) This may or may not have
something to do wit it? Have you done it as well?

I found that my Party Poker program was causing the error to be logged by
watching my event viewer at the precise time that I opened the game. Party
Poker techs (after several emails quoting and submitting the report) replied
that the problem was in my OS and so I finally spent the day today trying to
eliminate that as the cause. Needless to say, I'm frustrated and curious how
an application that is nowhere to be found anywhere on my system can cause
the error shown above. I have deleted Party Poker and can live with that ...
but that doesn't put my mind to rest in this matter. Maybe a sledge hammer
would be more effective to get this out of my brain.

Your registry would be clean after a clean install, even with the quick
format.

Rather than worry about whether or not you are dealing with leftovers,
tell us more about this strange problem you've been battling.
