When I try to either shutdown or restart my computer using the dialogue box
via start-turn off computer I have to go through the process twice, as the
first push of these buttons only seems to close my antivirus program. The
computer dpes not hang and is fully functional. I have tried everthing I can
think of including setting up new users. Has anyone else had this problem?
Comp Specs: Pent 4 2.6ghz, 1.5gb ram, 80gb HDD, radeon 9550, window xp.
