I have been getting email messages and newsletters with missing
graphics replaced by the dreaded RED X. I have searched Google to
find many posts about this problem and have had it occur once in the
past. I applied the recommended fix but this time all the graphics
can not be seen until I click to forward the message. Then even
before it gets sent it is in full view with graphics and pictures
displayed. I tried saving the message and opening it again but
nothing changes. I am not sure if this is an Outlook Express issue or a Windows
condition so I will also try an OE groups also.

If you are going to post the same question to multiple groups, do it
as a cross post, sending the same message to the different groups at
the same time. That way everyone in each newsgroup sees all the
replies. Do no multipost which is sending the same message to
different newsgroups separately. This leads to duplication of effort
and not everyone benefits by the responses.

OK,Rock. Sorry. What are the rules if you decide after to post to another group? Is this strictly forbidden? How long should I wait for a response before I am entitled to an after thought?

No, it happens, you post to one group and then decide after the fact to post to another. I suggest you indicate in the second post that you also posted this to another newsgroup. That way people who visit both will know.

I was just pointing this out in case you weren't familiar with the differences between crossposting and multiposting for future use.
