cookies

i am trying to log into my other computer and it keeps telling me that "the
browser you're refuses to sign in (cookies rejected). i have adjusted my
cookies to medium and low and it still keeps giving me the same indication
please help...it was working until i tried to install internet exploer 7 i
went in and restored my cp to thursday and still the same indications.
