Yes that is exactly the error.
by the time I posted it via my laptop I coundn't exactly remember
everything.

I am running WixXP SP2 with all updates.
Outpost 4 firewall
NOD antivirus lastest updates
wired to USR wireless router
there are no event log entries when it crashed

I was working on a document using Office 12 and Firefox 2.0.0.1 was in
the background. I was able to save the work and allowed it to reboot.
Firefox restored the last session on reboot.
I scanned my system 2 days ago.
I haven't installed anything. I had a virus try to install from an
email (I must have been sleeping, it was an EXE file and I clicked on
it - I never do that) but the firewall stopped it from getting to the
inet I assumed it didn't get installed, but I guess I will run the
scanners now.

You haven't provided much information such as in what context has this
message arisen? What are you doing when it happens? Is this a sudden
problem? If so what changes were made to the system, either software or
hardware, right before this started? What is the system configuration?
Does it otherwise work well? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
What is the malware status of the system and how do you check that?

Without knowing more look through some of these threads from a Google groups
search for that fault.
