Rock......Oops, I tried sending the Dr. Watson event and that was what was

Ok, maybe Bert Kinney or someone else will see this thread and have some suggestions. I'm not sure what instructions in what KB article you were talking about earlier and what troubleshooting steps you took that were in Bert's page. Have you tried reinstalling system restore?
