When I click on Control Panel, a large number of the icons are missing,
leaving what appears to look like a small blank page. The icons that are
visible are .. Add or Remove, Admin Tools, Internet Tools, Network Setup
Wizard, Windows Firewall, and Wireless Network Setup. All of the
functions
work properly when clicked on and the written description under the icon
is
still there. Strangely the other accounts on this computer do not have the
same problem. I have even tried a system retore with no results. Any help
with a solution is appreciated.

Did you try Ramesh's suggestion, if so what was the result ?
