If the computer is really clean - and I see that you left out what antivirus
and other antimalware programs you used to determine this - then how could
you have a "virus that attacks services.exe"? Either the computer is
virus-free or it is not.
What is the fully qualified path to the services.exe file?If it is not in:
%systemroot%:\Windows\System32, then it is a trojan. If it is where it
belongs, then you need to determine what is causing the problem. Since you
mentioned problems with Visual Studio, perhaps that would be a good place
to start your troubleshooting.
You really haven't given us enough information about your system, what
changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't, and what
you've already done to troubleshoot for you to get a focused answer. Simply
replacing services.exe (which you might be able to do with the System File
Checker) probably will not solve your issues.
You might also try clean-boot troubleshooting to possibly see what is
causing the problems.
