Reinstalled what.

and I haven't a clue on what it means and/or how to do it.
I think it relates to my music selection on my windows xp system.
Has anyone out there know what I mean and how to do this?

Note that "MMVCP70.dll" is not a Microsoft system file in contrast to
"MSVCP70.dll" (Microsoft® C++ Runtime Library). Since both files are not
shipped with WinXP, any application being in need of either file has to
install that file in either case. Otherwise, you're trying to run poor
third-party software.
