To Rock, the error in question is exactly how it happens; I am not adding
anything on to it, this is self explanitory. I was looking for the fix. There
is no error code. This program just doesn't load at startup and is an
intermittent problem. I can see I won't get the answer I needed from you,
sorry.

So what exactly is the error, when does it appear and in what form? What is
the text of the error verbatim? What is the manifestation of this error?
Does something not work? Look in the event viewer in the various logs for
any error messages. These can give a clue to what's going on. What
troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the
sound device drivers?

I'm sorry but your post still isn't clear. What exactly is the error? How does what happen exactly?
