I sent the reply too soon. Also what is the malware status of the computer and how do you check that. Here are some links for dealing with malware and the results of a Google search on this error. Lastly you posted this separately to two different groups. This shouldn't be done - it's called multiposting. If needed you can cross post - sending the same message at the same time to different appropriate groups, but not separate messages.
