I suggest you ignore DatabaseBen's suggestion. He is the only one to recommend this course of action, and has not been able to provide any objective information that a "memory defrag" is a useful program to run or that it would help in your problem. He never gives links to specific programs that are successful at this, nor does he ever backup his contentions.

Another option is to check on the game vendors web site for any tips/work arounds etc for this game.
