Extract it to the directory of your choice..
xpsp1a_en_x86.exe /U /X:<driveletter:\path>

Grab what you need...
1394bus.sy_
ohci1394.sy_

Expand those...

<driveletter:\path> expand 1394bus.sy_ 1394bus.sys
