When trying to install a contact management application (sybase 9.0 and
crystal reports) I get this error message:
"Unhandled Exception - Error Number: 0x80040705 Description: String Accessed
Out of Bound. Setup will now terminate".
I am using Installshield program. I have sucessfully installed on this
program on 8 other XP Sp2 PC's. I am running windows small business server
2003. I have also tried to do a single PC install on this machine but same
error.
I have tried shutting down virus protection, registry cleanup, changes
permissions, etc. with no success. Any ideas
Try doing it from a different (admin) user account. if that works, try cleaning up the /temp files of the account it wouldn't work from.
