Print Server setting controls that. R-click Printers and faxes, Open, File, Server Properties, Advanced, check options as desired

Whenever I send a print job to one of these a little yellow baloon appear in the bottom right saying that the print job has been sent to the printer. This same message appears on some PCs but not others. Everyone has Windows XP Professional. Is there a way to turn this on?
