Apparently you dont have any partitions you will have to
go to disk management and partition the drive and then
format

I just installed a replacement hard drive, the same model as I had before.

When I booted up the System Recovery Disc, the following message came up:
"The hard drive is not partitioned. This utility creates DOS partitions
and
restarts your computer. If you see this message again, it may be caused
by
non-DOS partitions on the drive. You must delete the non-DOS partitions
to
proceed.

Do you wish to continue? (Y/N)"

Can someone please tell me how to delete the non-DOS partitions?

Thank you.
