I just discovered the command--it is F1.
Now what am I supposed to be looking for in this 'PhoenixBIOS' Setup Utility?

You said "I just installed a replacement hard drive" means did you installed
it by yourself? Could be possible that the disc is not properly plugged.

Normally non-DOS refers to a container created for logical partitions,
so it'd be safe to say that the drive is not wiped totally clean.
You can either use the manuf of the HD's software to wipe it or you can
actually use a win98 floppy boot disk to delete the non-dos partitions.
Actually when you got the option to continue just say yes as it may lead
you to delete partitions in the setup.......
