I just received a .jpg file and the image/graphic is very, very small.
When I attempt to open it with one of several folder options, or
en-large it, the information is blurred.
Can anyone suggest how a .jpg file can be enlarged (decompressed?) so
that I can read it?
Thanks
No, you can't do this. The .jpg is what it is. You can't create data
where none exists which is why trying to make the image bigger only
results in a blurred picture.
