Re: very slow cursor in CMD window w/Text editor?

I think I saw something about using quotes or even a single preceding quote, but I tried that and it didn't work?
cd 'c:\documents and settings

Another curious thing is that an x.bat file containing EXIT, will exit
from a CMD prompt but not from command.com.

cd C:\Documents and Settings
instead of
cd C:\DOCUME~1
in command.com. ;-)
