every time i run a system restore i am told that the restore was
unsuccessful. i am running windows xp media edition, sp2. any advice?
Take a look at the troubleshooting tips in MVP Bert Kinney's System Restore
page. Sometimes it can get corrupted. Often times the fix is to turn off
system restore, then turn it back on. This will delete all current restore
points.
