I'm having poblems with my D:\
Everytime I insert a CD/DVD, my laptop isunable to read the disk. Its a if
the d:\ no longer exists.

Is there anywy I can reinstall my d:\ drive on my laptop.

The make of the laptop is EI system 3087 (Intel Celeron M420 1.6GHz) if
thats any help.

Have you used a CD cleaning disk in it? The best way to test is to try it in another computer. If it doesn't work there then the drive has failed.
