I found the solution, at least to my NSIS Error problem. I uninstalled
McAfee Site Advisor, problem solved!!!!

Well I don't know what else to tell you. You could do a Google search for
NSIS error as I did, which is how I came up with that link, and look around
for any others that may be of help.

When did this error start, what changes were made right before this
happened? Have you disabled all the McAfee start ups and services to see if
they are causing it? What about safe mode - if booted into safe mode with
networking and open IE does it occur? What version of IE 6 or 7?



I thought McAfee might be the problem. You might want to think about removing the McAfee suite. It is problematic like Symantec's Home products. There are better, and in some cases, free programs that will work well.
