DivX makes my XP SP2 system from normal booting.

Today I installed DivX for Windows (ver 6.4) and my XP SP2 wouldn't boot. I
had to boot into the safe mode, uninstall DivX and restore back to a
previous point. Then, everything seemed normal. I re-installed DivX and the
same hell happened. I downloaded DivX from divx.com, so the files should be
free from corruption. Any idea what might have caused the problem? I don't
have anything unusal installed in my system (P4 2.8GHz on Intel D875
Motherboard).
